By using any app or service developed by Freby Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Intellectual property All content, design, and code in Freby Studio apps is owned by Freby Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer All activities and challenges in our apps are performed entirely at your own risk. Freby Studio accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents or other consequences arising from the use of our apps. Always adapt activities to the participants' abilities and health.

Purchases In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Use the restore purchases feature if you change device.

Age recommendation Our apps are recommended for users aged 12 and above unless otherwise stated. Some apps include a kids mode designed for younger children, which should be used with an adult present.

Changes Freby Studio reserves the right to change, add or remove content and features at any time.

Governing law These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
